Guidelines – applying for, or receiving the service

Contact your general practitioner and schedule an appointment to discuss your situation and plan what kind of support you need, including whether you need to apply or be placed on a waiting list.

Many municipalities offer a service called Rapid Mental Health Support or a similar service. This service is free and provides direct assistance without requiring a referral from a doctor. The goal is to offer help within one to two weeks to prevent your condition from worsening.
